なかでも肉厚なプラチナタンは美味しかった…！かなり厚いのにとても柔らかく
口いっぱい旨味が広がる。まさにプラチナ級。
魔本のタンは溶かしバターにタンを潜らせて
頂く一品。バターの濃厚さが相まって
タンの美味しさを引き立てます。
塩３種盛り合わせも色んな部位を少しずつ楽しめて◎塩はお肉本来の味を存分に堪能できました。ハラミやトモサンカク、特上カルビを味比べ出来るのも面白い。
全体的にお肉のクオリティが高く大満足！
今回はお肉メインでしたが、その他の副菜も充実していたのでがっつり焼肉を楽しむのもよし、飲みメインでつまむのもよし、かなり使い勝手の良い一件だと感じました。
