新橋に本店がある焼肉屋さん。
母の日にたまには美味しいご飯を連れて行こうと
前から気になっていたので行ってきました。
アラカルトと迷いましたがコースの方が
注文が楽なので「ちょうどいいコース」をオーダー。
圧巻のシャトーブリアンからはじまり大興奮。
フルアンテドで焼いてくれるため火入れは完璧。
レア目としっかり焼きの2種類を楽しめました。
サーロインの焼きすきはサッと炙る程度の
火入れで溶いた濃厚な卵黄にダイブさせ一口で。
これがめちゃくちゃ最高に美味しかったです。
タンや塩焼、タレ焼も全てレベルが高く
肉ピーマンなどの創作料理も抜群の美味しさ。
これだけの内容でこの価格はコスパ良すぎです。
スタッフの方は元気でハキハキとされていて
とても気持ちの良い接客でした。
木、金、土はなんと朝4時まで営業されているので
〆のラーメンではなく〆の焼肉なんて使い方も
アリだと思いますよ笑
関内・馬車道エリアでオススメの焼肉店です。
