Yokohama is located within a 5-minute walk from Nihon Odori or Kannai. Minestra Bianca is a restaurant run by a chef with an Italian Cuisine background, but it mainly serves Medicinal Food shabu shabu and hot spring boiled tofu dishes. The atmosphere makes you think of Kagurazaka. It looks like something exists. There seemed to be a lot of stylish restaurants in this area. What I received was Medicinal Food hot pot set.Tofu in hot spring water + assorted shabu shabu meat with vegetables + duck dumplings.Tofu was prepared in advance in a pot on the table, and when I lit it, I left it alone. After that, we were told to taste it with soy sauce and salt. Both plain and seasoned were delicious. About the main dish ~ Date chicken thighs and bone-in chicks Date chicken is said to have been cooked at a low temperature The chicks are said to be in a guinea state after being stewed for a long time. Although the hot pot was piping hot, it didn't have much of the flavor that you would expect from Medicinal Food soy milk base gave it a mellow flavor.During the course, I added more soy milk several times, and I felt like I drank a lot of the soup. The more I ate, the warmer my body became and the more I started sweating. By the way, this was my third hotpot this month, which was Okinawa Agu pork shabu shabu-shabu offal Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), followed by Medicinal Food hotpot. I feel like I could eat for a long time without getting bored.
