焼肉ランチは横浜ベイ一望で雰囲気抜群の桜木町コレットマーレ「大徳寿みなとみらい店」一本槍でしたが、馬車道に気になる門構えの新しい焼肉店を発見、休日限定の焼肉ランチを狙って土曜お昼に訪問です。
国内産和牛は産地がどこでも変わらないと思ってましたが、飛騨牛は脂が上品な甘みで噛み応えもあって特徴を感じました。寒暖差の激しい土地柄で飼育頭数も少ないので、宮崎牛や佐賀牛とは明らかに違います。等級もあるけど神戸牛や松阪牛はレベチなんだろうな。若い時に食べたことはあるけど分からなかった。追加した単品の中落ちカルビは厚みがあり、脂ジュワッと美味しかったです。個性のある焼肉店でしたね。
