行き付けのワインショップに行く前にランチで訪問しました。
こちらのお店のある場所、テナントさんがころころ変わりますが、今回の韓国料理店のＭＡＲＵさん、頑張ってくださいよ。
お昼の１２時ちょっと過ぎに入店しましたが、先客は３組と、そこそこお客さんは入っている様子。
ランチメニューは割と豊富で、チゲやプルコギ、半鶏湯などにもそそれらたのですが、外が暑いということもあって、注文したのは水冷麺１１００円。他の定食メニューの場合はおかず、ライス、スープ付きになるようですが、冷麺ではおかずが３種類付きました。
７~８分ぐらいですかね、の待ち時間で供されました。冷麺は結構コシがありますね。ゆで卵や牛さんに加えて、胡瓜、トマト、大根といった野菜が涼を感じさせてくれて、韓国料理というとややもすると辛い、濃厚というイメージを抱きがちですが、こうした繊細さでアプローチして来るメニューというのも大事だなぁと思います。３種類ついていたおかずはわかめと大根の和え物、蓮根のナムル、グリーンサラダでしたが、自分的には胡麻油のニュアンスの綺麗なナムルがお気に入り。
