板さんは非常に感じのよい方で、お店の雰囲気は上レベル、料理はどれも大変美味しく頂けました。。
とても丁寧な仕事をされているお料理の数々。
にぎりのシャリは、掴んで崩れず、口の中でほろりと崩れネタと上手く絡んでこれぞ口福❤️
ガリが美味しくてお代わりしました。

関内の激戦区でOPENするだけの自信あり。
握りはストレス無く胃に運ばれるし、1品も少なすぎず多すぎずでバランスとても良かったです。
