関内のはしご酒。今夜の1軒目
そして、関内の寿司屋シリーズ。その33軒目
関内では、お寿司屋さんの開業が相次いでおり、
現時点で、全店制覇は未達成。
関内の寿司屋コンプリートは難しい。
雨後の竹の子のように新店が現れる。
もちろん、消えゆくお店もあるのだけれど。。。
さて、大かわさん。
まだ開業されて半年だとか。
気さくなマスターのワンオペ。
酒は奈良萬 純米おりがらみ。
最初の汁物。
季節は違うが、竹の子旨し。
お出汁がイイネ。
ここのお寿司は赤酢のシャリだ。
旨し。
考えてるねぇ。
と思っていたら、〆に近い卵焼きは、伊達巻きのような魚肉和え。
ドテッ。
ま、大将の考える、最高のコースメニューなんでしょう。
まぁ、総じて言えば、レベルが高いお寿司屋さん。
関内に、またニューホープが開業されましたね。
この街全体で、寿司業界が高まりを競っていくのは良いこと。
