寄せ鍋をチラ見しながら二杯飲んで
せっかくだから同じビルを攻めよーっと
ビストロなのに焼鳥焼いて〆にストウブ鍋で炊いた釜飯がウリなんだって
「Bistro ココッと」さんに行きましょ
ふらっと店内に入った瞬間の感想は『暗いなー』
一人だと申請してカウンターに座る
先客は男女ペアがテーブル席で食事中よ
一見、横顔が『中村倫也風』のシェフに白レバーのカルパッチョ、焼鳥でハツ、とりモモをお願いする
先ずは瓶ビールでいただきます♪
お通しはクリームチーズにアンチョビとオリーブオイルをたらり
これは間違いない美味しいツマミ
白レバーのカルパッチョは素材が良いのがわかるよ
甘くてレバー好きにはたまらんね
焼鳥のハツも絶妙な焼き加減で柔らかく
とりモモは弾力ある肉質で美味しいわ
でも食事を楽しむには灯りが暗くて
シェフも接客に慣れていないのか黙々と作業する
BGMも無い中で男女の会話が丸聞こえする環境は良くないね
お料理は美味しいから店内を少し明るくするだけでも
雰囲気変わるんじゃないかな
開店して間もないらしいから頑張っていただきたい
