This soba restaurant is located in the basement of the building you enter after getting off at Kannai Station and entering Bashamichi Shopping District. Looks like it was made recently. I knew there was a store, but this was my first time. I came here because I wanted to eat Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl). The store is beautiful. There are a few tables at the counter, but it's a compact structure. Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) is a set. The price is 1000 yen including tax. You can choose either hot or cold for the soba set. I left it cold. The katsu is so crispy that it feels like it's freshly fried. This is a high point. The egg was slightly soft and the sauce was seasoned well. The mitsuba garnish is essential for Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl). I am not satisfied with seaweed or seaweed. The soba noodles are cooked al dente, the way I like them, and cooled. The soba soup has a nice aroma and is neither too sweet nor too spicy. There aren't any soba restaurants like this around Bashamichi, so I wanted to visit them again. There are some alcoholic side dishes, but the menu seems to have been narrowed down. It's a new store, but it's not pretentious, and it's a modern, simple store that's easy to enter.
