初訪問のこのお店。
横浜、馬車道にあるフュージョン串料理屋。
入り口からとてもおしゃれで中は洞窟みたいになっていて隠れ家といった感じです。
本当に美味しい串料理を提供したいとオーナーさん自ら厨房に立たれてます。
串料理のクオリティがとにかく高くびっくりの連続。
お肉も素晴らしいのですが、特に野菜の串が美味しい。
新鮮で大きな野菜にこだわり抜かれたソース。
まさにフュージョン串料理とはこのこと！！
