◆2021年10月下旬初めての来店
横浜屈指の観光地である中華街
大通りには食べ歩き客が増え活気が戻ったか
庶民的な店舗が並ぶ市場通りの元町商店街寄り
暫くぶりに営業を再開したコチラへ
『梅蘭市場通り店』
今では全国展開するきっかけになった梅蘭焼きそば
カリっと焼いた麺の中に熱々の餡掛け
食べたことはないが、誰もが知る唯一無二の逸品
そんな名物も目もくれず選んだのは週替わりランチ
◼️担々麺・半炒飯(￥800)
搾菜・杏仁豆腐付
時刻は午後1時半、先客はなし
1階はテーブル席で20名ほど、
厨房も上の階にあるようです
注文しすぐに半炒飯と搾菜
中華街ではあまり見ない綺麗なお椀型の炒飯
担々麺を待つがなかなか来ない
ようやく揃い、まずはスープをいただく
胡麻の風味が広がり程よい辛味がやってくる
麺は中太でモチモチ感あり
チャンポン麺を連想させます
半炒飯は水分が抜け、
パラパラというよりはカラカラ系か
具材はGピース・叉焼・長ネギ・卵
麺に合わせるのはピタリの量
セット価格としてはお得感あるが、
担々麺＆半炒飯ともインパクトに欠けるか
やはり梅蘭焼きそばを見過ごしちゃ駄目か
また他メニューも試してみないとね
