冷や汗が噴き出てくる。血の気の引くような辛さである。麻麻麻、麻麻麻、麻麻麻麻麻麻麻、痺れの三三七拍子である。
強烈な香りとともに、麻と辣、旨味がくる。豆腐も弱々しくなく、甘みを感じる。プルンとして凝縮感あり優しい大豆が生きている。 食べ進める毎に火照り高揚していく。とともにスッーと禅の如く治まっていく感覚もある。
舌も唇も痺れて感覚を失っている筈なのに、旨味を感じる。
ランチは四川風麻婆豆腐掛け御飯1択である。ゆるり呑むなら別の選択肢となるが、サクッとランチならこれが良い。コスパも驚愕なのである。
ご飯に掛ける麻婆豆腐とは邪道ではないか、とは思うのだが、ランチでこの本格派が1100円とは恐れ入る。
麻婆豆腐だけを口に放り込み、辛痺旨を口内で確かめる。
水は一切飲んではいけない。スープも飲まない。辛さを和らげたり、痺れを冷やしたり、緩和したり、それは邪道ってもんだ。いったん口内で麻婆を堪能したら米を放りこめば良い。
しかしひと口毎に蓄積し、臨界点を超える、もう無理ごめん！！助けて！！もうヤダ！！汗は吹き出し紅潮し、ハーハーヒーフー！！
こうなったら米と一緒に放り込んだり、また麻婆だけをいってみたり、もう良い。掛け御飯としてくれている、優しさに素直に甘えれば良い。笑
麻婆豆腐が好きで好きで好きな、麻婆会の連中は口々に
やっぱ四川飯店か富麗華！！いや原宿の龍の子だよ。高円寺のSEN YOが捨てがた！？四谷蜀郷香シュウシャンシャンかスーツァンレストラン陳じゃない！！瓢香にきまってんだろ！！仙ノ孫！！4000菰田さんだろ！！ワキヤさんだろ！！
楽しい、愉しい、美味い麻婆豆腐はテンションが上がる。麻の痺れにヤラレテいる。
