今回は中華街でランチで訪問したお店の
ご紹介です
朝からどんよりとした天気で
雨も降ってる状況でした
ふと中華街でランチしよっかなぁと思い立って
急いでお出かけの準備です
最近の中華街が以前のように
活況が戻ってきていて
ランチ行くには出遅れ感は否めませんが
とりあえず向かってダメならまたそこで
考えようというお気楽な感じです
とりあえず目星になりそうなお店を
いくつかピックアップしておき
並びの少ないところがあればいいなぁと
そんな中今回お伺いした『景徳鎮』さん
1組団体の方が待っているだけでした
しかも店内見てみると
どうやらテーブル席が空いている模様
団体様の後にすぐ入れそうです
景徳鎮さん
同じ名前で新館とか酒家とかがあるようですが
全くの別会社とのこと
場所のご紹介
元町中華街駅から徒歩5分くらい
雨の日でしたが変わらず
人でごった返していますので
辿り着くまでには時間がかかるかもですね
早速メニュー選びです
以前お伺いした時に
四川マーボー豆腐の本場の辛さを頼んだ時
中々や刺激具合に少々手こずりましたので
今日はランチということもありやや控えめに
ちなみに辛さの具合をメニューに
表記してくれているのでご自身に耐えうるものを
オーダーしてくださいねww
主なオーダーです
◇玉子スープ 1,100円
コーンスープ頼むつもりが
なぜか玉子スープ頼んでましたww
それも飲んで初めてあっ間違えたと気づくほど
ぼぉ〜としていたみたいです
しかしこちらはこちらで胃も温まり
玉子の優しさが染み渡ってきますね
ここからくる辛いものに備えてますね
◇牛肉薄切りとおこげの山椒唐辛子炒め 2,035円
とはいってもやはり四川料理ですから
辛いものは入れときたくなります
一口目は山椒の刺激がズドンときて
そこから唐辛子の辛さが追ってきます
いやこれをビールなしで迎え撃つなんてww
香ばしく仕上がったおこげが
上手く辛さを調節してくれますね
◇海老チャーハン 1,045円
ゴロッと入った海老が特徴のチャーハン
パラパラ具合もさすがですね
安心の味付けです
◇若鶏の唐揚げ 1,815円
カレースパイスの効いた唐揚げ
そのスパイスが食欲をそそりますね
◇ソフトシュリンプ黒酢炒め 1,980円
カラッと揚げた海老の香ばしさが
黒酢の餡に染み渡っていて
美味しさが増幅
箸が止まりません
次は体調整えて本場の四川料理に挑みたいですね
