冷麺
中華街には良いお店が数ある中で、お気に入りのお店。牛バラ肉ご飯が有名ですが、炒飯も春巻きも何でもおいしく頂けます。メニューを見ていると冷麺が夏限定でありました。まだあるか？と聞くと、ある、ということでオーダー。メインは時間がかかることが多いので、春巻きと生ビールも頼んで、しばし待っていました。出てきてビックリ。予想外に立派な冷麺です。見た目に奇麗でボリュームがあるだけでなく、ホタテに海老とイカが入った海鮮冷麺でした。お得感いっぱいの一品でした。

土曜日、五月晴れ。11:05頃到着すると3人2組の待ち。11:15分ごろには列の後ろが道に達していたので20人10組以上にはなっていたでしょう。帰るときには5人2組のまちでした。平日と違って土日はゆっくりランチを楽しくお客さんが多いので回転は少し悪いかもしれません。
何を食べてもおいしいですが、牛バラ肉煮込みが名物で、単品や牛バラ肉ご飯を頼む人が多い店です。今回は飯ではなく麺にして香港式牛バラ合えそばと焼売にしました。何が香港式なのかと思っていましたが、牛バラ肉煮込みの餡かけ汁なし麺（細麺）という感じです。牛バラ飯と同じく辛味噌を付けていただきました。牛バラが美味しいのでご飯でも麺でも美味しくいただけます。
