この手のおいしい中華料理屋さんて、
おいしいことにおんぶさってること多いじゃないですか。
でもこちらは違ってました。
おばちゃまの接客が見事すぎて目で追っちゃうほど。
素敵でした。
目当ては牛肉ご飯。これを。
連れちゃまが久しぶりに食べたいといったのが発端で、
いざ横浜、となりました。
もちろん、メニューに皮蛋の文字があったら必須です。
こちらの皮蛋は、
これまでに見たことないくらい熟成されてました。
青菜炒めも期待を裏切らない美味しさ。
そしてそして、牛肉ご飯。
おおお、たまりません。
今日はシェアしましたが、
これは昼ご飯とかでガガッとかき込みたい感じですね。
とっても美味しうございました。
ももちゃんはいつも席を立つ時、
お箸はお箸、ゴミはゴミ、
グラスはグラスで近くに揃えて置くんですが、
おばちゃまがすかさず飛んできて、
「そのままでけっこうですよ、ありがとうございます」と。
こちらこそありがとうございます。
