港の見える丘公園にも随分と久々に訪れたもんだな(^^;
さて、今回はこの公園の一角にあるKKRポートヒル横浜の１階にある山手ローズテラスを訪問しました。建物自体は年季が入ってるし、KKR（国家公務員共済組合連合会）の宿泊施設の併設レストランということもあり、雰囲気的には地味感もありますが、カウンター席からはベイブリッジを一望出来る景色の良さはウリでしょうね~♪
こうした施設だけに、サービス担当のお姉様方もきちんとしておられましたよ。
今回注文したのは、２０００円のランチ。前菜、メインはプリフィクスでパン又はライス、コーヒー又は紅茶付き。これに本日のデザート５００円も付けました。対するアルコールは、グラスワインの白、赤各６００円を１杯ずつ。
前菜
春キャベツのスープにしました。この食材の青みががったテイストが綺麗に出ていて、エルブを纏わせたオイルもイイ感じにアクセントになっていますね。
メイン
神奈川県産やまゆりポークのグリルにしました。豚さんの肉質自体はフツウだったのですが、マスタードのソースはマディラのニュアンスもあって中々の仕上がりと見ました。ガルニチュールにはルッコラもたっぷりと使われています。
本日のデザート
桜のシュークリームと杏仁豆腐でした。いよいよ桜のスイーツの季節到来ですね＼(^o^)／ 桜のスイーツ好きとしては嬉しい限り。桜のシュークリームには勿論桜風味のクリームが使われていますが、杏仁豆腐にもてっぺんに桜のジュレが使われています。この芳香はまさに春♪
