初訪問。
いただいたのは、
もずく定食
もずくが美味しい。
蕎麦つゆのようなつゆに付けて、お蕎麦の要領でいただきます。
この量も初めてですが、この食べ方も初めて。
この量のもずくを無理せず食べれるのは、もずく自体が美味しいからだと思います。
沖縄そばも鰹出汁のスープが美味しくて。
そうそう、沖縄で食べた味はこれこれ！と
うれしくなりました。
おにぎりの具は甘めのお味噌でした。
サラダのドレッシングには、シークワーサーが使われていてさわやかなお味でした。
ちょっと固めのシークワーサー寒天のデザートも美味しかった。
沖縄感満載で、どのお品も美味しかったです。
栄養バランスよくヘルシー、そして美味しいという、うれしい尽くしのランチでした。
久しぶりに沖縄を感じる事ができました。
