2024.3.23 First visit. I went to Don Quijote in Yamashita Park to do some shopping for the night's house party. I was looking for a good lunch in the area and found this restaurant. My father, who loves Okinawan Cuisine, was also interested, so we decided to give it a try. It was highly rated on Tabelog, so I had high expectations! ! The exterior is plain in color, but I could tell at a glance because there were a lot of shisa animals there. There are a lot of set meals for lunch! When I think of Champuru, the only thing that comes to mind is bitter gourd, but there are also tofu, nabela, etc...! There is something called ``Fu Champuru'', and is it wheat gluten? Just as I thought, bingo! I like wheat gluten, so I ordered it! "Fu Chanpuru" ¥1350 In addition to the main Fu Chanpuru, there is a lot of content including mini Okinawa Soba, rice, mozuku, Nabera dip (?), salad, and orange! Okinawa Soba has a rich flavor and is very delicious! I couldn't help but gulp it down lol The nabera had a flavor and texture similar to eggplant. The main dish, the fu champuru, was so chewy that the flavor soaked into it so happily~♡ It was also very filling, and I personally liked it better than the bitter gourd champuru! The food was very delicious, but we had to wait a long time for it to be served... There was one group of customers in front of us, so we waited maybe 20 minutes... However, the soki soba that my father ordered was quite cold... Looks like my Fu Champuru was lukewarm too...? It might be difficult to buy again because the price is not affordable, but I would like to try Fu Chanpuru again! Thank you for the meal♫
