今日は特に、もずくが食べたくてたまりませんでした。蕎麦猪口に入ったつゆに、もずくをつけていただくと、心地よい冷たさとコシのある食感、そして爽やかな香りが広がります。しかも、このもずくは海藻なので、ほぼゼロのカロリー。嬉しいですね。
それだけではありません。肉味噌の大きなおにぎりや沖縄そばも頂き、炭水化物もしっかりと摂取しました。さらには、小鉢の煮物や酢の物、卵焼きまで付いてくるのに、驚くほどのお値段、1300円。単品で注文するともずく（大）だけでも1000円かかるので、この定食は本当にお得です。
