せっかくの有休なのに
奥さんが出社で子供の面倒見ないといけないから、遊びに行けないじゃないかよー(ㆀ˘･з･˘)こうなりゃ、子連れで行ける1番好きなものを食べてやる！
私は北京ダックがトニカク好き。
そして、勝手に師匠と仰いでいる孤高のグルメさんが、中国飯店グループの北京ダックはなぜ美味しいかを説明した際に「細かい揚げパンを一緒に包む事で皮のパリパリ、サクサク食感を補っているのが凄い」と言っていたので「それって食べ放題でも再現できるんじゃ？確か皇朝は北京ダックにカリカリのやつがついて来てたような？」という事で、コチラへ。
ファーストオーダーの北京ダックで衝撃「カリカリがないぢゃないか！」、おいおい、洒落になってないぜ、一体何しに来たんだよ俺は！その時どこからともなく「諦めたらそこで試合終了ですよ」の声が。
そこで閃いた。「カリカリがないなら作り出せばいい！」ということで、揚げワンタンの皮を砕いて代替することに。
これが大正解、食べ放題の北京ダックが3段階くらいランクアップ！10ピースいただきました。

他のメニューはどれもまあまあ美味しい。小籠包も若干豚の臭みを感じるものの皮も破れてなくスープもたっぷりで食べ放題としては十分なクォリティ。
あと、皇朝名物の肉まんは名物だけあって美味しかった。
食べ放題で3500円、横浜大飯店が大分値上がりして5000円弱なのを考えると、しばらくはココがベストかな。
