横浜の中華街、関帝廟前にある四五六菜館新館にて。
ゴールデンウィーク中の夕飯時に訪問しました。
2022年のゴールデンウィーク、３年ぶりに規制のない大型連休のためか横浜、中華街は大賑わい。一番大きなストリートはもの凄い人！人！！人！！！
主人と歩きましたが、はぐれそうになるくらいの人！
美味しい本格中華が食べたくて、中華街へ来ました。
予め、いくつかのお店を調べて、実際に店頭に並んでいるメニューを見てこちらで食事をすることに。
フジテレビの料理の鉄人に出演されていたシェフがこちらのお店の方だそうで、あと、チューボーですよ！の実技指導もされていたりと、シェフがTVメディアで御活躍されていたそうです。食べログも中華料理百名店に選出されて、お店の食品サンプルのガラスケースにはそのチラシが貼られていました。
店内は赤い色合いで、中国に来たかのような
もう中国文化が広がってます。

２人前で注文したので、一つのお皿に２人分が入って出されます。矢継ぎ早に、次々とお皿が到着しました。
フカヒレスープはエノキ、キクラゲの刻んだのが入っています。とろみのある中華スープです。
麻婆豆腐は上海料理の味付け。豆板醤、XO醬で少し魚介風味も感じました。豚挽肉、絹豆腐です。
エビチリは周りにチップスが飾られてます。餡と混ぜてシットリさせてエビといただきました。
炒飯はラードの油でご飯、野菜、エビ、焼豚を包んでいる感じです。本格的な中華料理の炒飯です。
豚バラ肉は小松菜と共に、甘めのソースで炒められていました。しっかり味付けされた角煮です。
焼売は味が付いてはいますが、醤油、酢を付けて食べた方がいいかも。。。
杏仁豆腐は寒天ゼリーのような食感です。甘くて美味しいです！
お店オリジナルの中華菓子も販売されていて
お土産も充実しています。
関帝廟の目の前、覚えやすい立地ですね。
