衝撃的な食べ物に出会った！
安記で名物モツ皿とシュウマイいただきました。
三鮮粥で締めたもののサラサラのお粥とっても中華街一美味しいと言われるだけあってとっても美味しかったのですが、時間も早くもう少し食べたくてホテル帰り道餡掛け焼きそばなんかいいなぁと思いながらブラブラしながらお店を探します。
ふと覗いた路地に一軒だけ黄色い看板を発見！
こちらの名物が豚足そば、写真にはプルプルの豚足が乗ったおそば。せっかくきたんだからチャレンジ！
店内6テーブルほどのこじんまりとしています。
10分ほどで提供されましたが、なんと豚足が二個しかも握りこぶし大。麺も楕円形のもっちりとしたストレート麺がたっぷり。
豚足は箸で持てないほどプルプル、れんげで小皿に取り崩しながらいただきましたがまさにコラーゲンの塊、皮も柔らか臭みもなく美味しい。スープもこの見た目からは想像できないほどあっさり、味も濃くなくしっかり食べられます。
驚いたのは骨の多さ。当たり前ですよね足ですから小さい骨が次々と出ています。これも楽しいです。
やあ、今回はディープな中華街に出会った感じで大満足です。ご馳走さまでした。
