入るなり、お店のお姉さんの張りのある声で迎えられました…いいね…こういう雰囲大気好きです。注文したのは、今週のランチより、
C豚肉の角煮と芽菜煮込み790円
D白魚とニラの卵炒め790円
豚肉の角煮はオリジナルな味付けですかね…一般的な甘辛な味付けではなく、甘みを付けてない感じで、ご飯のおかずと言うより、お酒のアテ寄りですね。でも、美味しかったです。白魚とニラの卵炒めも塩が効いてて、どりらかと言うとやはりお酒のアテ寄りですが、美味しかったです。
こちらには、20年位前に一度来たのですが、その時食べた名物の肉系の麺は獣臭くて好きになれませんでして今回リベンジしてみました。まぁ、やっぱりオリジナリティーがあるというか…独特な味ですよね。でも、面白そうなので、いろいろチャレンジしてみたいお店です。
