豚足の塊がふたつ乗った皿。
そして麺とネギのみが乗ったどんぶり。
どちらも神々しいほどに美しい。
中国四千年の歴史もないとは思うけど
ラーメン発祥の意地を感じるね。
ラーメンの方がとくに美味しそう。
メニュー写真は麺の上に豚足を乗せている。
麺リフトをしたのち、まずは麺だけで実食。
濃い目の醤油ラーメンだがクセがなく美味い。
これだけで十分通用する味。
豚足なしバージョンの大盛を食べたい気分。
美しいだけじゃなくマジで美味しい。
次に豚足をオンザヌードル。
じっくり煮込まれた豚足は、とろとろ。
ここまで柔らかくなるってことは
圧力鍋の力か、時間をかけたか。
手段は計り知れないが美味い。
けっこう骨が多いので口の中から
骨を取りながら食べ進めて行く。
麺がのびないうちに食べたいけど
豚足と交互に食べていくと、そうもいかない。
煮込まれた豚足のタレとスープが絡み合い、
これまた美味い味わいになる。
ライスがほしいところだが外は行列。
ソロかつ単品注文客は
早めに出てほしいという雰囲気なので
ここでご馳走様。
