去年のOZマガジン横浜編に載っていて気になってた徳記さんへ初訪問！
GW真っ只中のお昼時だったため、さすがに3組程並んでいた。
関帝廟書店脇の路地でひっそりとした店構え。だけど店員さんは元気いっぱいテキパキでとても活気がある。
意外と10分待たないうちに案内していただいた。

を注文。
お目当て豚足そばのビジュアルインパクト！
大きなお皿にトロッとたっぷり煮汁に浸ったてりてりの豚足！
目をかっ広げ連れとしばらく目を合わせる。
豚足に箸を入れると想像以上の柔らかさ！
そばのスープは優しく太めの中華麺はコシがあった。甘めの豚足タレと合わせておいしすぎる…！
納得の看板メニュー！
途中からきた焼売もむっちり豚肉や椎茸のうまみを感じる満足な逸品だった。
お腹いっぱいご馳走さまでした！！
