こちらは中華街の中華カレーが流行った際に
裏メニューのドカ盛りカツカレーが有名になったお店。
まあ、地元民としてはその前からお料理が美味しく
有名ではあったけど。笑
オジさん的にはここのアサリそばも美味。
3年ほど前に季節限定のメニュー、牡蠣麺が美味しいとの
噂を聞き、食した以来毎シーズン訪れている次第。
今季はまだ食べていなく、3月に入ってしまったので
終了したかと、焦って来店。
土曜日のオープン時間をちょっと過ぎた時間に入店するも
既に4組ほどがテーブルにスタンバイ。すごい！
壁のオススメボードを見ると牡蠣麺の表示。
ホッとして着席。
オーダーをしてラガーで喉をひとまず潤すオジさん。
あ！ちなみに牡蠣チャーハンもウマいっす。
5分ほどで着丼。
うん、これこれ！クリアな塩スープに
牡蠣さまとお野菜ちゃんたっぷり。
キラキラがとまんねぇぇぇ〜！笑
野菜ちゃんたちをサッと炒めてから粉をはたいた牡蠣を
一緒に炒めた感じ。なので餡は牡蠣さまのまわりにはしっかり。
この塩味にじんわり野菜の旨みと牡蠣味が溶け出し
最高のウマウマスープ。
細麺はしっかりコシと弾力があって歯ごたえが良く
ウマウマな啜りが楽しいタイプ。
今季も美味しい牡蠣麺が啜れました！

冬の限定カキ麺を啜りに再訪。
平日のオープン11時過ぎに店着。
すでに常連さん1名。後続ぞくぞくで相変わらずの人気店！
コスパの良すぎるランチメニューに後ろ髪を引かれながらも
カキ麺、細麺セレクト、カタメコールで。
麺は選べる3種類。
細麺は香港麺、太麺は刀削麺、あとはフツー麺。笑
とりあえず呪文唱えて喉をラガーで潤すオジさん。
厨房からジャージャー鳴り響く食欲ソソる効果音。
オジさんのお腹がギュルルルルゥゥゥ〜からの数分で着丼！
毎度、見た目で絶対おいしい堪んない美ジュアル。
クリアで熱々な滋味深い塩スープ。
美味さを引き出すために計算されてるかの様な
野菜のカッティング。
そこに餡掛コーティングで絡まる牡蠣ちゃん。
しっかりと炒め野菜の旨味とコクが詰まったプースーは
しょっぱなからレンゲが止まらんやつ。
さらに正方形の断面の、しなやかでありながら
表面のざらついた力強い細麺ストレートがうめえ〜。
ずっと啜っていたい。笑
