横浜中華街で石焼チャーハンの人気店「鳳林」さんで1人ランチ
平日1時過ぎに伺うとすぐに入れましたがほぼ満席でした
2階席もあるようです
いただいたのは人気の石焼メニューから
◽石焼き海鮮あんかけチャーハン 1,320円
◽ランチスープ&杏仁豆腐 220円
石焼きチャーハンは20分ほどできました
石焼きは少し時間かかるのかも
良く混ぜて食べて下さいねとお店の方
言われた通り良く混ぜて食べましたが、混ぜる前にそのままでも食べてみたらよかった
味はふわふわの雑炊のようで美味しかったのですが
後半飽き気味、ボリュームも凄くて食べきれませんでした
こんなに量が多いとはリサーチ不足、シェアして食べるのをおすすめします
海老と烏賊がゴロゴロ、蟹と小柱も入ってます
石焼なので最後まで熱々で食べられました
セットのスープはコーン
甘くてとろとろで美味しい
セットの杏仁豆腐は甘め、普通の杏仁豆腐は乳白色ですがこちらのは半透明でアロエゼリーのようです
杏仁豆腐じゃないのかな
お年寄りやお子さんにも親切で接客いいです
次はアサリそば食べてみたい
