I went to Yokohama Chinatown on a trip with my daughter. I had planned to go out to eat but had to give up because of the cold rain. On such a cold day, I wanted to eat Chinese food at a table, so I avoided the all-you-can-eat restaurants that are popular these days and went to the side street. While wandering around, I looked here and there and found an empty place. The restaurant was about half full and we were seated right away. I saw people around me eating them and they looked delicious, so I ordered fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with sauce, stone-grilled Seafood fried rice with sauce, and Xiaolongbao. Since I was seated in the back near the kitchen, I could hear the sound of ingredients being cut and stir-fried in a pleasant rhythm. That's the real thrill of Chinese food! And as expected, it's Chinese food. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) arrived quickly with almost no waiting time. The noodles are crispy and brown, and the bean paste that has been stir-fried with the large cut ingredients spills out of the plate, making it look delicious! ︎ Stone-grilled Seafood with ankake sauce will arrive soon. The fluffy bean paste and eggs look beautiful! Mix, mix, and bake, but it will be hot! Stone-grilled fried rice makes a sizzling sound when mixed and is extremely hot. We took turns eating Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and piping hot stone-grilled fried rice, and we also had 4 pieces Xiaolongbao, so the two of us were full. I laughed and said I'm glad I didn't have to go after eating around. This amount could be shared by three people instead of two. We recommend adding edible chili oil, which is probably made in a shop, on the table to give it a different flavor! The lady at the store told me. It's true that the fried rice with ankake sauce has a lot of volume, so you might get a little tired of it in the second half. The taste is just right. Or perhaps it would be best to eat something with a stronger flavor. By the way, my sister also told me the little information that ``You can also make peperoncino with edible chili oil and pasta!'', so my daughter said she should try it next time. It was my first time in Chinatown where it was so cold, but thanks to this restaurant I was able to have a delicious and warm meal. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal!
