自分への大盤振る舞いスペシャルチートデーとして…ランチコース利用。
とても楽しみにしていたサローネ2007さんのイタリアン♩
新しいワンピースをおろして、いつもより少しおめかし。シャキッと挑ませていただきました（笑）
山下公園近くのバーニーズニューヨーク地下へおりると、クラシカルな雰囲気…
店内はブラック、ブルーを基調としてゴールドがきらきら。
煌びやかだけど派手すぎない大人の妖艶な雰囲気に口を半開きにしながら席に着く。
テーブルセットも豪華で素敵。
そして添えてあるメニューはモダンでおしゃれ！ちょっと意外でした。
【ランチ】Pranzo
● スピエディーノ
トリュフの香りのメークインが柔らかいサーロインにくるまれてる、美味しくて緊張がほぐれ食欲爆増。
● 甘エビとアスパラガス
卵黄クリームのコクに甘夏の苦味と酸味が不思議！目を瞑って味わう。
● ガルムージャ
色んな緑が美しい。貝出汁のスープが美味しい。
● パッパルデッレ
猪のラグーは臭みがなくて柔らかい！旨みを噛み締めます。赤ワインに合います…
● 仔羊のストゥファート
個人的に一番好きだったかも。
グリルした芽キャベツが予想外に美味しい！ひよこ豆ペーストにヨーグルトソースのトルコ風な逸品！
● ポモドーロ
お目当ての弓削シェフのパスタ！
お腹に合わせてグラムを指定できるのが面白い。
ある程度お腹満たされてましたが、それでも心の中でうんまぁ！！と叫び天を仰ぎました。野菜の甘み感じるもちもちのパスタ。食べてみてください…
● デリツィアルリモーネ2024
デザートも個人的に忘れられない一品です…どう考えてもおいしい組み合わせ。
● 小菓子とコーヒー
最後に可愛らしく並んだミニサイズの焼き菓子（これがうまい）と温かいコーヒーで。
一番ライトなランチコースだけど、十分過ぎるくらいお味もボリュームも楽しめる！
今まであまり出会わなかった創作イタリアン…舌の偏差値が上がりそうです。
最後に弓削シェフが直々にテーブルを回ってご挨拶に出てきてくださいました。
