味もサービスもGOOD☆ 絶対にまた行きます^_^
奥さんとの定期ランチで訪問。
先に結論から言いますと、
タイトルにも書いた通り、味も接客も大満足でした☆そして今回利用したランチのコースはコスパ良すぎです^_^
接客についても近すぎず遠すぎずの対応、皆さんどの方も本当に感じが良かったです。
で、初めての今回は2600円のランチコース、
奥さんはモレッティ、私は赤ワインで乾杯！
ちなみにピノ・ノワールのワインってこんなに美味かったっけ？！ 別にワイン通でもなんでもないんですが…(^^;
料理はどれも素材を生かしつつ、オリーブオイルも美味い！前菜の真鯛＆野菜とのオリーブオイルの相性もバツグン！
続いてのパスタは3種から選べて、奥さんはペペロンチーノ、私は魚貝系の(名前忘れました)スパゲティに。
シンプルながらオリーブオイルとにんにくの風味が美味いペペロンチーノ。
魚貝スパはこれでもかと言うぐらいにしっかりと魚貝の出汁が出ててこれも最高！
メインは魚。
真鯛はジューシーでオリーブとアンチョビが効いたタプナードとの相性100点！
デザートは自家製ティラミス、小苦い感じは甘いものが苦手な私もペロリ。
奥さんとの定期ランチで色んなところに行ってますが、REGAさんはリピート間違いなしです！
今度はディナーで行こうかな☆

奥さんとの定期ランチ。
前回と同じくパスタとメインのコースで。
なんですかね、ほんとにREGAさんの料理は本当にどれも美味い。
主役を生かす素材やシンプルさを感じさせる調理法、料理を引き立たせるオリーブオイルやハーブなどなど、
その中でも今回は特に、
パスタがめちゃくちゃ美味かった！
・私は金華豚とオリーブのスパゲティ
→見た目はあっさりしてそうな感じですが、ほぐされた金華豚の旨味と、ルッコラがアクセント！大盛りで食べたい(^^)！
・奥さんはキノコと生ハムのフェットチーネ
→クリームソースとキノコの風味が美味い！ソースが控えめなわりにはしっかりとしたお味！
先にも記述した通り、それぞれ素材も美味しいのでしょうけど、その素材を感じられるシンプルさや、パスタの茹で加減とかもほんと好み。
メインの肉と魚も文句なし、本日の魚はヒラメのアクアディマーレ。ヒラメの旨味が溶け出したスープとオリーブの酸味が魚に合う！数種類入ったハーブやトマトも美味い！
仔牛のスカロピーネは旨味を引き立たせるために控えめなバターソース！肉も柔らかい！
ちなみに「また来ます」なんて前回もリピート宣言したものの、初訪から半年以上が経過してましたm(__)m 次はもうちょい短いスパンで来るようにします。
いやしかし今日も大大大満足！
