家族の誕生日祝いに横浜中華街に来ました。
愛犬も一緒に入れるお店として選んだのが「慶福楼」さん、中華街のど真ん中でペット可はありがたい限りです。
▪️牡蠣の鉄板焼き
旬のオススメ品としていただきました。
ニンニクの効いたプリプリの牡蠣が絶品！
今回一番のお気に入りでした。
▪️角切り豚肉の醤油煮込み
甘辛のタレに浸った柔らかな角煮はやみつきの味。
共にいただくシャキシャキしたお野菜がこれまたいい味を出してます。
▪️カニ炒飯
具沢山でボリューミー、オーソドックスな作りながら飽きのこない安定味の炒飯です。
▪️パイコー炒飯
カリっと揚がった骨付き肉が乗った炒飯。
前述のカニ炒飯よりもあっさりとした味付けに感じましたが、大きくは同じ系統の料理を頼んでしまってちょっと後悔。
▪️五目そば
アッサリとした優しい味付けの五目そば。
イカやエビ、キクラゲなど食感も楽しめる具材が多くて美味しいおそばでした。
▪️ワタリガニと玉子の煮込み
ふんわりとした玉子にカニの香り豊かな煮込みはほぐしカニ肉がしっかりと入っていてプチ贅沢をしている気分でした。
▪️細切り豚肉とニンニクの芽の炒め
香ばしくシャキシャキとしたニンニクの芽がクセになる美味しさでした。
▪️小籠包
ひとつで４つ入った小籠包。
少し大きめで肉汁をたっぷり含んだ小籠包を酢醤油でいただきました。
▪️揚げ胡麻団子
薄皮に滑らかな舌ざわりのこし餡が入った団子が３つ、全方位にたっぷりと塗された白ゴマの風味も豊かでとても美味しかったです。
前述のとおりこちらのお店は愛犬と一緒に店内に入れます。
そのため私たち以外にも犬連れの方がふた組いらっしゃいました。
少しぶっきらぼうで雑な接客は気になりましたが、海外の方特有の悪気のない雑さなのでこの辺りは許容の範囲かなと思います。
それよりも美味しい料理を手ごろな価格で食べることができ、かつ愛犬同伴OKは愛犬がとしてはとても価値が高いお店だなと思います。
定期的なリピートは間違いないと思います。
