横浜中華街 市場通りにあります。
元々は1989年（平成元年）に福建路（九州町通）で創業した広東・上海・福建家庭料理店です。
（現在は中華飯店が営業中の場所）
現店舗はシェフがオープンさせ、オーナーご夫妻が創業店を閉店後、2017年頃に合流されたと記憶しております。
2023年11月2日（木）11:00に1名で訪問。
料理
◆五目麺 税込825円
中華街の五目麺は醤油味でドロドロのとろみの店が多いのですが、ここは塩味に変更でき、しかも上品なとろみ加減なのです。
麺はかん水少な目の中細ストレート麺。
白菜にきちんと火が通っていて、透き通っているのが素晴らしい。
豚肉はバラ肉ですが、手間をかけ、一度茹でてからスライスしてあります。
木耳の戻し具合も上々。
プリっとした海老とイカも入っています。
昔、大通りにあった上海料理 老正興菜館（閉店）と同様に（創業当初からしばらくは）マテ貝が入っていました。
今は入っていませんが、とても美味しくいただきました。
ボリュームがあり、野菜もたっぷりの五目麺です。
（実はこればかり食べています）
サービスの女性スタッフは笑顔で素晴らしい接客でした。
ごちそうさまでした。
