横浜中華街の『廣翔記 新館(コウショウキ)』さんへ伺いました。【食べログ3.32】
みなとみらい線 元町・中華街駅3番出口から3分、駅近でわかりやすい場所にあり迷うことなく辿り着けます。
30人超の集まりで2階の円卓個室で3時間飲み放題付きの宴会コースでした。
後半は写真が取れず前半一部メニューのみもお写真のみで失礼します。
▪️お昼の宴会コース
・冷菜三種盛り合わせ
★尾びれの極肉厚ミニフカヒレ姿煮（約30g）
・海老の特製マヨネーズソース和え
★白身魚の黒トリュフXO醤ソース
・牛肉と長芋の炒め
・かぼちゃ五目蒸し餃子
・特製肉シューマイ
・レタス入り鴨肉チャーハン
★杏仁豆腐
・3時間飲み放題付き
★は1人分ずつ取り分けて提供されたメニューです。
中華街でもフカヒレに特化したお店ということで、お昼の宴席メニューにもフカヒレの姿煮が付きます。とろみの強いスープでオイスターソース＋ケチャップ？のような甘みがあり辛くないエビチリに近い味付けでした。
白身魚のトリュフXO醬ソースのは正直トリュフと気づかず食していました。
一番美味しかったのは海老の特製マヨネーズソース。
〆は誰からともなくパラパラのレタス入り鴨肉チャーハンに牛肉と長芋の炒め物をonして食べるスタイルで美味しくいただきました。
飲み放題でかなりの量を注文するもオーダーミスなく早めに提供してくださるのは高評価です。
一部お料理が取り分けて提供されるのも有り難いポイントです。
個室で気兼ねなくワイワイ楽しむことが出来ました。
