先日、横浜へ遊びに行って、中華街行くならフカヒレ
のお店へ、という事で行って来ました。
久しぶりのフカヒレ、ルンルンです❗️。
7150円のフカヒレ極みコースを注文。
前菜はまあまあどれもそこそこ美味しい。
メインはやっぱりフカヒレ姿煮❗️
ん〜、まあこんなもんか…。
味付けはいいんだけど、フカヒレ独特のあの食感
に少し欠けるかなぁ。
フカヒレ専門店というには、やっぱりフカヒレ姿煮は
美味しい❗️って言うものを出して欲しいです。
他の料理も際立って美味しいってものはなかったです。
まあコスパは悪くはないと思いますが。
あと不満だったのが、料理を持って来るのが
あまりに早すぎ。まだ前の料理食べてるのに、
次から次とどんどん料理を持ってくる。
暖かい料理を食べたいですから持って来るのをもう少し
ゆっくりにして欲しい
と言っても何も変わらず。
なんかとっとと食え！と言われてるようにも
感じました。
もう言っても駄目だと思ったんでそれ以上
言いませんでしたが。
国民性の違いなんですかね〜。
フロアースタッフは全く笑顔もなかったですし
接客に関してはちょっとどうにかして欲しいです。
