年末の夕方、予約して訪問。
目にも鮮やかな緑のメニュー。本日は「緑を喰らう」をテーマにチョイスしました。
以下、簡潔に感想述べます。
・干し貝柱と野菜の煮込み→煮込み、というか炒め？シャキシャキ食感の青菜にとろりとした貝柱の餡が美味です。無限にいけちゃう。
・開運翡翠蒸し餃子→餡は海老。皮の色鮮やかさに目が行くけど、ぷりぷり海老にもちもちの皮がなんとも言えない美味しさ
・開運翡翠水餃子 →こちらの具は肉とニラ。しっかり具も美味しい。見た目も白と緑の色が可愛い。可愛くて美味しいって最強じゃない？
・開運海鮮翡翠チャーハン→どうやらこちらの看板メニューがこちららしい。どっぷり餡に浸ったチャーハン。海鮮とキノコたっぷりでめちゃ豪華。餡はとろみ薄めでスープ感強いのでチャーハンが飲めました。お味もあっさり。油っこさ皆無。
・鉄観音茶で後味すっきり。良い食事が出来ました。添加物なし、全て自然のもの、というのも身体に優しくて良い！ここはほんとおすすめです。
