英国発祥のアフタヌーンティー✨
返還前の香港のペニンシュラホテルのアフタヌーンティーは憧れでした✨
それから歴史は移り変わり
今も昔も人気のアフタヌーンティーですが、
最近（前から？）
中華のアフタヌーンティーが増えてきて
この度はグルメ友のmちゃんが予約をしてくれて
平日の15時に伺いました✨
2人ですが個室利用です✨
入口にパーティー名の記載ができます。
ワンドリンク付き、中国茶はフリー
まず、3段のたわタワーがきて、
「わぁー✨」
目を輝かせて、上段の前菜のクラゲをひと口
くちに入れたところで
「こちらは、きのこの炒めものとふかひれスープです。」
「海老蒸し餃子、◯◯餃子、◯◯餃子、◯◯餃子」
「蟹のクリーム麺」
まだ、上段の前菜をひと口くちに入れただけの
タイミングで、デザート以外が全て卓に供されました。。
全ての写真を1枚に収めたい場合は
好都合、、かもしれません。。が、、
食事を楽しみたい
または、
美味しいものを一番美味しいタイミングで
食べたい場合は、かなり困ります。。

そう言うことは全く考えていないのかと
残念に思いました。
とっても楽しみに伺ったのですが。。
残念。。
ただ、
お料理はお味はとっても美味しいです✨
蟹のクリームパスタのような麺は
食べる時にはすっかり冷めて固くなり
出来立てはさらに美味しかったのだろうと
思いました。
食する順序を気にされない方は
温かいものから順に頂きますと、
美味しく召し上がっていただけるかと思います✨
それから
ワンドリンク付きのワンドリンクメニューは
◯スパークリング
◯白ワイン、赤ワイン
◯ソフドリンク
でした。温かいお茶が最初から欲しかったのですが
最初から注文させて貰えず、、
温かいお茶はフリードリンクで
何種類か茶葉が選べるのですが、
継ぎ足しのお湯が運ばれて来て、お湯を継ぎ足して
飲んだため、2種類しか飲ませてもらえなかったです。
サービスは最悪、と言わせて貰いたい。。
年に一度のお誕生日のお祝いで伺ったのですが
とても残念な気持ちで帰路につきました。。
近年、そんなことは無かったので
とても残念でした。
担当されたバイト？の方は
笑顔もなく、ただ料理を運ぶ、
そんな感じで、、
でも、お料理は
美味しかったです✨
恐らく、料理を作られる方は、食べる人の顔は見えないけれど、美味しいものを食べて貰いたいと
言う気持ちで作ってくださったのだと
思います✨
