中華街で宴席。またぞろ新型コロナが増えて来たので、個室にしました。ローズホテル横浜に入っている中華屋さんで。

コース全体を通して、テンポ良く配膳されて来ました。基本的にコース前提のお店だから、当たり前なんだと思いますが、ストレスフリーは非常に大事なポイントです。
中でもフカヒレの姿煮はお見事。どっしりと重みのある身が横たわっておりました。これが今夜のＭＶＰ。それとやっぱり、オーソドックスな麻婆豆腐と五目炒飯が好きだなぁと。
