神奈川県横浜市中区石川町1丁目にあるイタリアンの「オイノス OINOS 石川町」です。最寄駅はJR根岸線の石川町駅です。
ランチタイムに行ってきました。
お店に入ると先客は何組かおりました。
メニューの中から本日のおすすめお肉ランチを注文しました。本日のおすすめお肉はこの日は骨付き鴨もも肉のコンフィとのことで、ランチにはフォカッチャ、サラダ、ドリンクが付いております。ドリンクはホットダージリンティーにレモンを付けてもらいました。
骨付き鴨もも肉のコンフィは肉を切ると水気が少なく骨から綺麗に肉が分かれて行きます。私が想像していた鴨の味のクセはほとんどなく食べやすかったです。調理法によるものなのか、鴨の種類によるものかは分かりませんが、以前に「La planche」で鍋でシャラン鴨、マグレ鴨の食べ比べを食べた時に鴨の癖が少なく食べやすかった記憶があり（48回目の記事）、鴨に対しても食わず嫌いの部分が減ったように感じました。今回のコンフィは確かに食べやすかったのですが、「La planche」で鴨を食べた時のような感動はなかったなぁ。もしかして私自身がコンフィがあまり好きではないのかもと少し感じました。フォカッチャ、サラダもなかなか味は良くドリンクも付いており値段と料理のボリュームと味、立地や雰囲気を考えるとコストパフォーマンスは悪くはないと感じました。次にお店に行った際にはパスタかピザを食べてみたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
