この日は横浜探索の日だったので夕方中華街へ。
小籠包を食べると決めていたので色々調べてこちらのお店へ。
16:30くらいでしたが１階のテイクアウトは行列が出来ていましたが2階のレストランはすんなり入れました。
食べ歩きの方が人気があるのかな。
小籠包のノーマルとエビ、焼小籠包のノーマルと野菜を注文。あとハイボールも。
テイクアウト優先なのか結構待ちました笑
早速ノーマルの小籠包から。
中から熱々のスープが出てきて美味しい！
やっぱりこれが小籠包の醍醐味。
あと個人的に小籠包浸けるこの酢醤油的なやつがとても好き。
エビも堪能し、初の焼小籠包へ。
割った時のスープは普通の小籠包より濃厚でとても美味しい！
ただ詳しい事は分かりませんが普通の小籠包より皮が暑いのかあと閉じてある方を焼いているのでカリカリなのはいいけど皮が少しくどいなって印象でした。
個人的には皮を少し薄くして閉じてない方を焼けば更に美味しくなるんじゃないかと。
ただ小籠包を堪能出来て満足でした！！
