海老雲呑が美味しくて衝撃
平日の昼間、開店10分前から並び１時間後に店内（２階）に入れました。もちろん並んでいる間にいろいろ観察してました。
注文時に店員さんがワンタンメン以外の注文を誘ってきますが、ビールのみ。器が小さく見えるから量が少ないように見えるけど、成人男性にも十分な量だと判断しました。
香港海老ワンタン麺は海老雲呑が衝撃の美味しさでした！ ギッチリ詰まったムチムチぷりぷりの海老、なんであんなに旨味が詰まっているのか？きっと雲呑で包んでいるからに違いない。あんな雲呑は食べたことがありませんでした。言葉にするのが難しいくらい。
スープと麺も日本式のラーメンとは違うあっさりした旨味スープと見合った麺でとても美味しくいただきました。
サイドメニューなくても十分お腹いっぱいになりました。

平日午後、並んでいる列が短く感じたので並んでみました。ランチの最後の客となりました。
香港海老雲呑麺と腸詰干し肉貝柱釜飯をいただきました。
釜飯が先に到着。目の前で混ぜ混ぜしてくれます。
干し肉と貝柱の旨味が強烈です。一発でファンになります。おこげができたご飯も香ばしくて美味しい！
香港海老雲呑は相変わらず海老の主張が強く美味いです。
自分で干し肉を作ってみたくなりました笑
中華街の中では大変良心的な価格設定で美味しい料理がいただけます。
とても美味しかったです。
