会議後のランチ。
予約して訪問。予約はコースのみ。
12時半に訪問、いつも通り並び数名。
横目に見ながら二階の円卓へ。

前菜（チャーシュー、くらげ、ピータンなど）
鶏の塩蒸し焼き
フカヒレスープ
アワビ
シウマイ
海老ワンタンスープ
アヒルのから揚げ
車エビのチリソース
腸詰、干し肉、貝柱釜めし、
ココナッツ団子
歓声が上がったもの其の一はフカヒレ。
なにせサイズがデカい。量も多い。
「フカヒレ初めてです」という人もいたが。これは標準ではないよ。
最もウケたのは海老ワンタンスープ。
プリプリの特大海老ワンタンに優しい味のスープ。
「次回はこれのために奥さんと並びます」という声も。
車エビも超特大。
これ本当に車エビ？小さい伊勢海老クラスの大きさ。
チリソースは全く辛くなくむしろ甘い。
いつものように配膳のたびに
「これは美味しいです」
「これは名物です」
「デパートでも売っています」
と自画絶賛のお姉さま。
自分で言うか、とツッコめて楽しい。
釜めしに行きつく前に6名中3名がギブアップ寸前。
女子と年寄りのためにもう少し小さいコースがあればなあ。
若い人たちは「八分目っす」「ちょうどいいです」と言っていたが。
初めての人にはインパクト絶大なランチであることは間違いない。
女子は大食漢を連れて行って半分くらい食べてもらうほうが良いです。
