横浜中華街にある料理店『南粤美食 （ナンエツビショク）』へ。
創業は2016年と比較的新しいが、すでに老舗の風格が漂っております。その人気と実力は、店前にできる行列や孤独のグルメのロケの舞台に選ばれた事実が証明しております。スタッフも自分達の強みを理解しており、着席するやいなや頼むべきメニューがリコメンドされる。きっと何百回も同じ台詞を言ってきたのでしょう。説明がめちゃくちゃ流暢です。笑
食は広東にありと呼ばれますが、食通達を魅了し続ける広東料理を提供。本場そのままの味わいに定評があり、中華街にぴったりなアウトプットになっております。その中の１つが、スペシャリテの位置付けにある「腸詰干し肉貝柱釜飯」。メニュー名自体も渋滞しておりますが、腸詰の風味、干し肉の塩気、貝柱の旨味などが鍋全体で躍動しております。甘味のある中国醤油とそれが焦げた風味も相まって、贅沢な土鍋が完成しております。

「アヒルの醤油煮」中華な味わいのタレでしっかりコーティング。濃厚な味わいにご飯が欲しくなるほど。
「芥藍炒め」中華で定番の高級野菜の炒め物。
「車海老のチリソース煮」でかっ！食べづらいのだけは弱点だが、ぶりんぶりんの食感は食べる価値あり。辛さや油のニュアンスもしっかり味のアクセントに。
「牡蠣と豆腐の土鍋煮込み」中華の豆腐料理って麻婆豆腐だけじゃないんですね。牡蠣の旨味がたっぷりと餡に落とし込みされており、その恩恵を牡蠣自体も受けております。衣にスープが浸透しており、これが絶品なのだ。
「香港海老雲呑麺」自家製シャンタンスープに細麺の香港麺、これにぎっしり海老の旨味が詰まった雲呑の組み合わせ。
