GW真っ最中に、食べログから予約しました。
人気店なので、この時期激並びしそうだし、予約はコースのみなので、少しお高いですが・・
ただ結果的にこの予約が大成功でした！
開店時刻に予約したのですが、10分前に到着。
なんと、740人近く既に並んでいるではないか！！
推定2時間はこの暑い中で並ぶよりは、高いお金を払って正解。
さて、肝心の料理は・・結論から先に言うと、そこまで価値は無かった。
フカヒレ入ってるし、この値段は一見コスパ良さそうでしたが・・その理由が分かりました。
メインである、フカヒレが美味しくない・・歯応えがなく、脂身食べてる食感です。スープの味付けも物足りない。
1番美味しかったのは、看板でもある丸鶏の塩蒸し焼き・ワンタンスープでした。
コースにするには勿体無かったけど・・
money can't buy time！！
次回来る事あっても、単品だな。
どうして、ここまで人気あるのか⁉︎理解出来ませんでした。
