GWの中華街は大変賑わってました。普段でも予約しないと並ぶこと必須のお店。
予約はコース飲みです。3人で伺うと1人8,000円のコースとなりました。
愛想の良い商売上手のお店の方が甕の紹興酒をオススメしていただき、口にすると非常にまろやかで美味しかったです。
コースはヴォリューム満点で、エビチリの大きさにノックアウトされ、〆のご飯もお腹いっぱいで食べ切りました。おこげがもう少し少ないと食べやすかったです。
味はどれも美味しく異国感を味わいながら、日本人に若干寄った味付けだと思います。
