成都生まれの火鍋の新しいカタチ？「串串香」がいただけると聞き、さっそくお邪魔してきたのは「成簽尚萬（せいせんしょうまん）」中華街にあるサンタのお粥のビルの3階といえば分かりやすいでしょうか。
「串串香」とは従来より手軽に楽しむことの出来る新しいスタイルの火鍋で、深さのある”泥鍋”に竹串に刺さった具材を各々串のまま煮ていただくというもの。串に刺さった具材はショウケースからのセルフの食べ放題スタイルなので好きなものを好きなだけ存分に楽しむことができます。
よって真っ赤な火鍋では食べたいものが見つけにくいという難点もなんなくクリア。レタスやほうれん草、水餃子、麺類のような串に刺しにくいものはひと皿盛りでシェアできるようになっていました。
スープは6種類から選べたため、折角ならと2色鍋をチョイスです。唯一の白い鍋、麻辣海鮮と当然ながら激辛の覇王辣を！そして海鮮スープがあまりにも美味しくて、出汁は何だろう？と思って食べ進めていると、なんと底から蟹やらムール貝やらがごろごろと出て来て驚きました。美味しいに決まってる！自家製だれも絶品。
個人的に気に入ったのは軟骨、ハチノス、コリコリ、うずらの卵(これは是非食べてみて欲しい）また、珍しいネタとしては干し豆腐で巻いたお野菜や猪、ダーラ―ピー等、さすが中華街といったラインナップ。
さらに泥から作った泥鍋は遠赤外線効果で温度が安定しやすく、煮詰まらないという利点もあるそう。まだまだ日本ではあまり知られていませんが現地ではこのスタイルが定着していることから、間違いなくブームが起こりそうな予感？
そしてなんと四川の名物デザート「冰粉（びんふぇん）」までが食べ放題！透明でぷるんぷるんのゼリー状の冰粉は愛玉子のようなものといえば分かりやすいかな？そこにかき氷やピーナッツなどを合わせた冷たいデザート。辛い火鍋を食べた後に最高でした。今行くべき1軒！
