日本のジェノベーゼといえばバジルソースをメインとした「緑色」のイメージですが、イタリアのジェノベーゼは「茶色」だそうです。
イタリアでは牛肉をメインに玉ねぎやセロリ、にんじんなどの野菜を使いバジルを使用しないからだそうです。
どのお料理も美味しく、ワインと合いました。
