ランチの人気メニューでもある馬ぶし。
馬肉ユッケをひつまぶしのように、
ダシを入れていただくメニューです。
まずは卵黄と特製のタレがかかってる
ユッケのみでいただくと、
これだけで美味しすぎる。
お肉に臭みやクセはないし、
ごま油と塩のタレも濃すぎない味付け。
途中からは冷ダシ(温かいのもあり)と
薬味をいれてひつまぶし風で。
これがスルスルと食べれて美味すぎた
温かいダシよりも冷たいダシのほうが好きかもしれない
