目がけたお店がお盆でお休み。気を取り直して周囲でBMしていたお店を探し、関内にあるPRIMOの姉妹店というこちらに行ってみることに。現地到着は開店10分後の平日11:40。ドアを開けて入店すると、PRIMOで見たスタッフがやってきて2人がけテーブルに案内されるが、どうやら私で席は埋まったよう。オーダーは平日限定のランチA（野菜と、ピザかパスタ 飲み物付き ￥1,980）ピザパスタはどうしようか、スタッフと相談。曰く、PRIMOでは出していないピザを薦めている。初めてならやはり基本のマルゲリータを、とのことでその通りに。店内は綺麗で明るくカジュアル。トイレに行きがてら広い厨房を覗くと、若い職人が楽しそうに働いている。客は女子2〜3人が多く、昼からワインも多い。時節柄3世代家族も。
10分少々経って、まずは野菜サラダ配膳。美しく、新鮮。また10分ほどしてマルゲリータ配膳。フルサイズ。見た目も綺麗。モッツアレラ、トマトソース、バジル、そして生地のちょっと焦げたのが合わさったいい匂い。今日は上品にナイフとフォークで手を汚さないように食べる。おいしい。私にとっては、塩加減が絶妙。なかなかの量だったが、飽きることなく完食。
食材や、見た目にもこだわって作っていることが分かる。PRIMO同様良店。今度はパスタを食べたい。そしてやはり何人かで来て色々食べたい。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
