横浜石川町に店を構える『IMPASTO』さん。
馬車道の人気店『プリモ』さんの姉妹店の
カジュアルで明るいイタリアン。
この日はランチ訪問です。
予約なしでふらっと入れました。
〜注文内容〜
◉Aコース（1,980円）
・契約農家さん達のインサラータ
・ピッツァorパスタ
・カフェ
今回は平日限定のショートコースを注文。
まずは山梨県うえのはらハーブガーデンの
無農薬の野菜を使用したインサラータから。
フレッシュで香りも良く色鮮やかです。
ランチのパスタは4種類で
宮城県関村牧場”漢方牛”を使用した
自家製トレネッテのボロネーゼを選択。
かなり肉肉しさが強めのボロネーゼソースで
もっちりとしたトレネッテとよく絡みます。
食後はハーブティーで終了。
1,000円台でこの内容のランチを
食べれるのは素晴らしいです。
次回は夜も伺ってみたい。
