On the way from Chinatown to Motomachi, a new shop has opened in the place where [a:14078066, Taverna Luce] used to be...so why not go in? The previous store had a casual, Coffee shops like atmosphere, but this time it has subdued lighting and a modern Japanese feel. This is a restaurant specializing in Kagoshima's branded pork, Yagorou pork, and the lunch menu includes Steak and shabu shabu made with Yagorou pork. The restaurant is run by a single female chef, who provides quality and warm service. This time I ordered shoulder loin (150g) and goro pork Steak for 1,500 yen. Comes with salad, pork soup with lots of ingredients, ancient rice (black rice), and pickled vegetables. First of all, a set of dishes other than Steak will be set. The salads are relatively large and colorful, with many types of vegetables used. The tonjiru with lots of ingredients literally has a lot of ingredients, and because it uses barley miso, the tone of the soup stock is soft and natural.
